1. Eligibility

Aroundify is for adults 18 and older. By using Aroundify, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity on your account. Do not share access to your account or impersonate another person.

3. Location-aware features

Aroundify uses location to provide nearby discovery, pulses, events, business listings, and related social features. You control location permissions through your device, but disabling location may limit functionality.

4. User content

You are responsible for the content you post, send, or share, including profile details, pulses, stories, events, comments, messages, business listings, business photos, and business descriptions. You grant Aroundify the limited rights needed to host, display, transmit, moderate, and operate the service with your content.

Do not post content that violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, another person's rights, or applicable law.

5. Business listings

If you create or manage a business listing, you confirm that you own the business or are authorized to manage the listing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name, description, photos, selected location, events, messages, and other listing information.

Business listings must not impersonate another business, mislead users about location or services, infringe intellectual property rights, promote illegal or unsafe activity, or be used for spam, scams, harassment, or unsolicited mass messaging.

Aroundify may show business listings, business-hosted events, follower counts, community confirmations, report status, and trust labels such as new, community confirmed, or under review. These labels are informational community signals, not Aroundify endorsements or guarantees that a business is licensed, open, safe, or accurate.

Businesses may receive messages only through supported in-app flows. Do not use business features to pressure users, collect sensitive information unnecessarily, or move users into unsafe or unlawful transactions.

6. Community confirmations and reports

Users may be able to confirm that they saw a business nearby, remove a confirmation, follow or unfollow a business, report a business, or block business contact where those controls are available. You agree not to submit false confirmations, abusive reports, or attempts to manipulate business trust signals.

7. Safety rules and prohibited conduct

You may not use Aroundify for harassment, hate, threats, stalking, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, non-consensual sharing of private information, scams, spam, impersonation, illegal activity, or attempts to harm another person.

You may not post, request, or distribute content involving minors, illegal goods or services, instructions for wrongdoing, graphic violence, exploitation, or content that encourages self-harm or real-world harm.

8. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Aroundify may provide tools to report users, businesses, events, comments, messages, or content; block users; remove connections; and limit visibility. You agree not to misuse these tools or submit false or abusive reports.

Aroundify may review reports, preserve related records, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity to authorities where appropriate.

9. App stores

If you download Aroundify from Apple App Store or Google Play, their terms and policies may also apply to your download, purchase, updates, and device use.

10. Service changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version.

11. Disclaimers

Aroundify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

Aroundify does not verify every user, business listing, event, location, service, product, offer, or message. Use your own judgment before meeting people, visiting places, relying on listing information, or interacting with businesses.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroundify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.

13. Termination

You may stop using Aroundify, delete a business listing you manage, or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or limit features if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.
