Account and login

Get help with sign-in, profile access, account deletion, recent-login requirements, or authentication issues.

Safety and reports

Use in-app report and block controls where available. If you cannot access the app, email details about harassment, impersonation, illegal activity, or harmful content.

Business listings

Email us about business ownership, incorrect locations, fake listings, moved or closed places, or business messaging concerns.

Privacy requests

Email us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent withdrawal, location-data, or data-handling questions.

Location permissions

Device settings control location access. Aroundify uses selected or captured locations for pulses, events, nearby discovery, and business listings, not continuous live tracking.

Response timing

We aim to respond to support, privacy, safety, and account deletion messages within 2 to 5 business days. Urgent safety issues may be reviewed sooner where possible.

What to include

  • Your Aroundify account email, if relevant.
  • The business name or listing details, if the issue involves a business.
  • The issue type, such as account, privacy, location, safety, billing, bug, or feedback.
  • Relevant user, event, business, chat, or report details if the request is about safety or moderation.
  • A short description of what happened and what outcome you are requesting.
